For commercial loan brokers, private lenders and family offices

Spreads and credit memos for brokers and lenders.

A credit desk run by a commercial lender with 15+ years in banking. You send a file. You get a spread and a memo back, ready to drop into your own file, prepared with AI and reviewed and signed by Dorian. Every memo comes back within 48 hours of a complete file.

Who it's for

Built for the people who carry the file

Commercial loan brokers

who need a clean spread and a credit summary before a lender will read the file.

Private and bridge lenders

whose files wait on analysis before they reach committee.

Family offices and private credit lenders

who want an independent second opinion before they commit.

We work for you, the broker or lender. We never contact, advise or bill your borrower.

Who does the work

A banker's review on every file

Our team of AI agents prepares each spread and draft memo. Dorian reviews every one, changes what needs changing, and signs it before you see it. Every deliverable says that AI was used to produce it.

How to send a file

Four steps, no retainer

  1. 1

    Email us

Write to info@sadellari.com with a line about the deal and the tier you want.

  2. 2

    Sign the engagement letter

One short letter covers scope, fees, data and confidentiality.

  3. 3

    Upload through your private link

Dorian sends you an upload-only link. You can't see anyone else's files, and nobody else can see yours through it.

  4. 4

    Get your spread and memo

Reviewed and signed, with the AI-use statement on it.

Your first file is the trial price. There's no retainer and no minimum.

What we don't do

Clear lines

  • We don't contact, advise or bill your borrower.
  • We don't negotiate terms or submit anything to a lender or to SBA for you.
  • We don't make the credit decision. That stays with you.
  • We don't take SBA-guaranteed loan files in the credit desk.

Data

Who sees your files, and for how long

Only Dorian and the AI tools working on your job see your files. Two companies handle them for us, only to provide their services: Dropbox (upload and storage) and Anthropic (AI processing, under our Claude Team plan and Anthropic's Commercial Terms, which do not allow Anthropic to train its models on our content). Working copies made by us and our AI tools are deleted when we deliver. The files you send and the deliverable stay in our Dropbox intake folder, apart from our other business records, for 90 days after delivery as a record of what the analysis was based on, then are deleted. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Sadellari is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic or any AI provider, lender or SBA.

FOUNDER

Dorian Sadellari spent 15+ years in finance and banking — at Bank of America, Huntington National Bank, and beyond — before applying his engineering background from the University of Michigan to a different kind of problem.

In 2024, he founded Sadellari Enterprises: a holding company run almost entirely by AI. With a full C-suite of AI agents operating alongside him 24/7, Dorian built the proof of concept first — then turned it into two businesses that help others do the same.

Dorian Sadellari

"We didn't set out to sell AI tools. We built an entire company run by them first — then turned what we learned into something others could use."
