Who we are

Sadellari Enterprises, Inc. ("Sadellari", "we", "us") is a company based in Metro Detroit, Michigan. Our credit desk prepares credit analysis (spreads and credit memos) for commercial loan brokers, private lenders, family offices and SBA Lender Service Providers. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with and how long we keep it. Questions: info@sadellari.com.

Our use of AI

We use AI tools to prepare our work, and every deliverable says so. Dorian Sadellari reviews and signs each deliverable before a client receives it.

Information we collect

1. When you contact us. If you email us or use a form on our site, we receive what you send: usually your name, business, business email and message. Website forms are delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service.

2. Business contact details for outreach. We find business contact details (name, business role, business email) on companies' own public websites and use them to email businesses about our services. Every email we send says how to opt out ("Reply STOP to unsubscribe"), and we honor opt-outs promptly and keep a list so we don't email you again.

3. Client files (credit desk). When a broker, lender or LSP hires us, it sends us documents about a loan or loan request through a secure upload link. These files can include personal information about borrowers, owners and guarantors, such as names, contact details, Social Security numbers, tax returns, personal financial statements and account information. We receive this information from our client, not from you, and we act as our client's service provider. We use it only to prepare the analysis our client ordered. We never contact borrowers or guarantors, never use their information for marketing, and never sell it.

4. Website visits. Our website host automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time. We use it to run and protect the site. The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and we don't sell or share browsing data for targeted advertising. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser's IP address reaches Google when a page loads. If you tick "remember me" on the AiStaff login, your username is saved in your own browser.

5. Waitlist sign-ups. If you join a waitlist on our site, we store your email address in our database (MongoDB Atlas) to contact you about that product. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

6. Chat assistant. Some pages offer a chat with "AI Dorian", an AI assistant, not a person. Your messages are sent to OpenAI to generate replies and are stored in our database (MongoDB Atlas) with your browser type, and with your email address if you type it. Please don't enter sensitive personal or financial information in the chat. Chat records have no set deletion date; we delete them when you ask (write to info@sadellari.com).

How we use information

  • To answer inquiries and provide the services our clients order
  • To email businesses about our services, with an opt-out in every email
  • To invoice clients and keep business records
  • To run, protect and improve our website
  • To meet legal obligations and protect our rights

We don't sell personal information, and we don't use client files to train AI models.

How we protect information

We keep reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards suited to our size and to the sensitivity of the information. Access to client files is limited to Dorian Sadellari and the AI tools working on a job. Files travel encrypted and are stored encrypted by Dropbox. We never ask clients for passwords. No system is perfect, and we can't promise that information will never be exposed. If information we hold for a client may have been accessed without authorization, we tell that client within 72 hours and cooperate with any notices it must give, including those required by Michigan's Identity Theft Protection Act.

FTC Safeguards Rule. Some of our clients are "financial institutions" under the FTC's Standards for Safeguarding Customer Information (16 CFR Part 314). The Rule requires them to choose service providers that can keep appropriate safeguards, to require those safeguards by contract, and to check on them from time to time. Our engagement letter puts those commitments in writing (confidentiality, limited access, the retention schedule above, incident notice), and we answer clients' reasonable questions about how we protect their information.

Your choices and rights

  • Opt out of our emails: reply STOP to any email, or write to info@sadellari.com.
  • Access, correction or deletion: wherever you live, you can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. We'll respond within 45 days. Some state privacy laws give residents specific rights; we honor requests from everyone, whether or not a law requires it.
  • Borrowers and guarantors: if your information reached us in a loan file, it came from our client (your broker or lender), which controls it. Please contact that client. You can also write to us and we'll pass the request on and delete our copy where we can.

Children

Our services are for businesses. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll post the new version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects how we handle client files, we'll tell our clients directly.
