1. These terms
These terms govern your use of sadellari.com (the "site"), which is run by Sadellari Enterprises, Inc. ("Sadellari", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to them. Client work is governed by a separate engagement letter. If you hire us, that letter (with its schedule and work orders) controls, and it wins over these terms wherever the two differ.
2. What we do
Our credit desk prepares credit analysis (spreads, credit memos and related deliverables) for commercial loan brokers, private lenders, family offices and SBA Lender Service Providers. We work only for those clients. We are not a lender, loan broker or credit services organization for borrowers, and we don't offer services to people or businesses seeking a loan. We never contact or bill a borrower, never negotiate loan terms, and never submit anything to a lender or to SBA. Our clients make every credit decision.
3. AI use
We use AI tools to prepare our work, and every deliverable says so. Dorian Sadellari reviews and signs each deliverable before a client receives it. AI can make mistakes. Our review reduces that risk without eliminating it.
4. Site content is information, not advice
Content on the site (pages, articles, examples and samples) is general information. It isn't credit, legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and it doesn't create a client relationship. Samples use made-up data. Don't rely on site content to make a decision about a loan or an investment.
5. Using the site
You agree not to misuse the site. That means no attempts to break in or disrupt it, no harmful code, no scraping or automated collection against our wishes, and no use that breaks the law or anyone's rights. Don't send us confidential or personal financial information through the site or by plain email. Clients send files only through the secure upload link we provide.
6. Our content
The site's text, design and logos belong to Sadellari or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but don't copy or republish them without our written permission. Names of other companies or products on the site belong to their owners. Sadellari is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic, Dropbox, SBA or any lender unless we say so expressly.
7. Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimer
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties about the site, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, Sadellari isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or lost-profit damages arising from use of the site, and our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to $100. This section covers the site only. Liability for client work is set by the engagement letter.
10. Links
The site may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
11. Michigan law
Michigan law governs these terms. Any dispute about the site goes to the state or federal courts for Wayne County, Michigan.
12. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version here with a new date. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
